Lola Mae Smith Westbrook of Picayune, Mississippi passed away on Friday, November 23, 2018 at the age of 88.

Visitation will be held 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Monday, November 26, 2018 at Picayune Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel with Bro. James Reeves officiating. Burial will be in Gipson Cemetery.

Lola Mae was a lifelong resident of Picayune. She loved canning vegetables and shelling peas and enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughters, Linda Martin (Ricky) of Picayune, Mississippi and Lana Kay Brown of Picayune, Mississippi; her brother, Clayford Smith (Doyce) of Picayune, Mississippi; her sister, Patricia Cowan of Diamondhead, Mississippi; and her grandchildren, Rachel Lynne Haas and Michael Destin Brown.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Herman “Doc” Smith and Ophelia Mitchell Smith; her husband, George Elton Westbrook; her brothers, Charles Smith and Jerry Smith; and her sister, Clara Baker.
